Professor James Woudhuysen

James Woudhuysen is a physics graduate, broadcaster, columnist for IT Week, is a frequent contributor to Radio 4’s You and Yours and is Professor of Forecasting and Innovation at De Montfort University, Leicester. He wrote about chemical weapons for the Economist in 1978, and devised an instruction manual for a word processor in 1983. He wrote a multi-client study on e-commerce, 1988; proposed Internet TV, 1993 and was manager, worldwide market intelligence, Philips consumer electronics, 1995-7. James has worked with most of the world’s top IT companies.
